Refund & Return Policy

This policy outlines the protocols for refunds, replacements, and order resolution at FastGas UK (“we,” “us,” “our”). As a supplier of pressurised culinary cylinders and food-grade gases, certain items are subject to strict safety and hygiene restrictions. For security and quality assurance, cylinders with compromised safety seals cannot be returned. 1. Order Processing & Verification
Every order undergoes a rigorous review for technical accuracy, age eligibility, and logistics feasibility. Due to our streamlined dispatch system, amendments or cancellations may not be possible once an order has attained "Processing" status.
2. Criteria for Replacements & Refunds
We are committed to rectifying service discrepancies. Depending on stock availability and verification, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or full refund in the following instances:
- Consignments damaged in transit (requires photographic evidence of external packaging).
- Inaccurate item fulfilment (mismatched SKU or quantity).
- Verified non-delivery following an exhaustive investigation with our logistics partners.
- Inability to dispatch within the statutory or advertised timeframe.
3. Safety-Restricted & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the hazardous nature of pressurised gas transport and food-safety standards, the following are excluded from standard returns:
- Cylinders with broken, tampered, or removed safety seals.
- Partially discharged or used equipment.
- Items returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
If a product is found to be technically defective upon arrival, we will facilitate a resolution in full accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4. Mandatory Reporting Window
To ensure a rapid resolution, any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 72 hours of the delivery timestamp. Reports must include your order reference, high-resolution images of the product condition, and the courier shipping label.
5. Logistics Delays & Unfulfilled Consignments
In the event of unforeseen supply chain interruptions, we will provide timely status updates. If a dispatch delay exceeds reasonable expectations, we offer the option to cancel the unfulfilled portion of the order for a full refund.
6. Financial Reversion Protocols
Upon approval of a refund:
- Funds are reverted exclusively to the original instrument of payment.
- Reversion timelines are subject to your bank's internal processing schedules.
- Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is necessitated by our error.
7. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
We encourage customers to engage with our support team to resolve any issues. Initiating a formal chargeback via your financial provider may suspend our internal resolution process pending the outcome of the institutional investigation.
