FastGas UK operates as a compliant distributor, ensuring all sales are directed to verified professional or domestic culinary environments. We reserve the right to decline any order that raises concern regarding the intended application of the product.

B. Customer Responsibility & Misuse Prevention

By purchasing from FastGas UK, you warrant that the products will not be misused or supplied to third parties for the purpose of inhalation. You are solely responsible for adhering to local bylaws in England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland regarding the storage and professional use of pressurised cylinders.

C. Professional Trade Requirements

Trade customers may be required to provide business registration details, VAT identifiers, or proof of catering activity prior to the approval of high-volume procurement accounts.

3. Safety Protocols & Misuse Disclaimers

Nitrous Oxide cylinders are highly pressurised vessels. Information on this Site is for general guidance only. Always consult technical safety data sheets (MSDS) before operation.

FastGas UK does not support the use of N2O for recreational purposes. Inhalation carries severe health risks, including hypoxia and neurological damage. We explicitly disclaim any liability arising from the wrongful use of our equipment.

4. Order Authentication & Transactional Security

• Orders are subject to manual review and may require additional ID verification or proof of legitimate business use.
• We employ secure payment encryption; however, we reserve the right to cancel transactions that fail internal fraud-risk benchmarks or compliance checks.
• Product availability is subject to real-time inventory levels across our UK distribution hubs.

5. Specialized Logistics & Dangerous Goods Carriage

• Mandatory Verification: All consignments require a signature from an adult (18+) upon delivery. Couriers will request valid government-issued photo ID.
• Logistical Constraints: As pressurised containers, certain products fall under Dangerous Goods (ADR) regulations. Delivery to remote regions (Highlands, Islands) may incur extended timeframes or specialized transport surcharges.

6. Statutory Return Policy & Safety Exceptions

Due to the hazardous nature of pressurised gas and food-safety hygiene standards, cylinders with broken safety seals or tampered valves are non-returnable. Defects must be reported within 72 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

Approved returns are processed in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Prohibited Platform Use

• Submitting fraudulent professional credentials or business identifiers.
• Attempting to circumvent mandatory age-verification technology.
• Reverse-engineering the Site’s interface or disrupting its operational stability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site or the purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
