Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates influenced by courier conditions, regional logistics, and mandatory age verification checks. We serve culinary professionals and eligible trade partners across the UK and Ireland.

1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

Priority Express Dispatch (where available): £9.99.

2. Dispatch & Fulfillment Estimates

• Order Dispatch: Typically processed within 1 working day (subject to age verification).
• Standard Mainland Delivery: 2–4 working days.
• Next-Day Delivery: Available for eligible UK postcodes (orders placed before 1 PM).
• Offshore & Highlands: Delivery may extend to 5–7 working days due to specialized transport requirements.

In instances of logistical delay beyond our standard windows, our support desk will provide formal notification. Customers retain the right to cancel unfulfilled consignments in accordance with UK distance selling regulations.

3. Mandatory Signature & Age Verification

To comply with UK law regarding the sale of N2O and to ensure secure delivery of pressurised equipment, all consignments require a signature upon arrival. Our courier partners employ Age Verified Delivery (18+)services, which require the recipient to present valid government-issued photo ID.

• If no eligible adult is available to verify age, the consignment will be held for secure collection at a local depot.
• Failed deliveries due to lack of ID verification may incur a re-delivery fee.

4. Geographical & Safety Restrictions

Due to the classification of FastGas cylinders as "Dangerous Goods" for transport purposes, certain offshore destinations or remote regions may face restricted service levels.

• Consignments to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands may require bespoke quotes.
• We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that do not meet carrier safety requirements for specific postcodes.

5. Consignment Tracking
